UPDATED: JAN 20, 2014 Full bodied beer, great for autumn drinking. Lots of hops but also malty to smooth it out. Would definitely recommend and drink again! mnmike (1086) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 5, 2012
My favorite Fulton beer. I love these unique fusion brews. Had from bottle and tap at brewery. Prefer the tap. Intense flavors with the great red coloring. commonshawn (1297) - Minnesota, USA - NOV 2, 2013
Tap. Dark unfiltered red. Small head and decent lacing. Funky dark fruit aroma. Yeasty dark fruit taste. I liked the balance and slight sourness. vandc01 (427) - North Branch, USA - APR 11, 2014
Poured from a 740ml bottle
Aroma - sweet cherry smell - almost like a cherry pie
Appearance - Poured a hazy think reddish color, very little head - quickly disapates.
Taste - Tastes just like it smells, like a cherry pie. Nice malty backbone, but definately not too much malt.
Palate - medium-ish body, good carbination with a solid after taste.
Solid Imperial Red, would definately try again. benfergy (248) - Valley City, North Dakota, USA - APR 24, 2015
The aroma is a great combination of yeast and caramel malt. There is also a sweet aftertaste. This is a very good beer!

At Fulton on tap, nice dark golden red pour with light lacy head. Sweeter hoppy/malty aroma translates to a nice flavor with rye notes. Alcohol is noticeably present but not harsh. jcwattsrugger (12507) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - SEP 12, 2013
750 bottle-thanks Jim-retaining tight tan head with trailing lace-dk copper. A-pine/orange, sweet med malt-caramel, yeast. T-orange/pine/spice hops, sweet med malt-caramel/roast, med fruit, yeast. Maybe some homebrew character, but not strong enough to detract.

Good Red Ale from MPLS. Overall a very solid beer, good with food and on it’s own. Travlr (25528) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 10, 2015
Sample in Sioux Falls. Clear ruby color, off white head. Aroma of caramel and molasses. Taste is malty with light spice. Nice. steelers (35) - Minnesota, USA - OCT 26, 2012
Stopped in to my favorite store south of the river, (Hops & Vines) they are having a beer tasting event tonight. 750 ml bottle color light red/golden. Sweetness in the nose. Softly carbonated. Alcohol prevalent. Caramel notes with a hint of molasses. Noticeable pepper in the finish. Good beer, probably their best to date.
