The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of Czech Saaz hops, and flaunts German Pilsner, Crystal 10, and White Wheat malt, which contribute medium-light body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head. Crisp carbonation slinks the Lonely Blonde quickly away, and youre left with nothing but a slight lingering sweetness as you contemplate how The Lonely Blonde can be beautiful on so many levels.

On tap @ The Bluestem (Luverne, MN); thank you Liz. Poured golden, clear, generous white head and nice lacing all over the glass. Aroma of grain and malts combined with some fruits. Taste is sweet, some grain, some fruit. Decent and drinkable.

16oz can poured a slightly hazy yellow color with minimum white head. The aroma slightly sweet malt and honey. The flavor kind of mild you do get the honey and not much else. No dancing on these taste buds.

Tap - average size foamy head, clear light gold color, sweet light malt aroma and flavor, some fruity esters, moderate hop balance, not bad for a blonde ale ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance is golden straw colored with a quickly dissipating head, warm and bright looking. Taste is simple and uncomplicated, grassy with a lingering aftertaste that persists on the palate. I feel this could have come in a white can labeled "BEER" and it would be that...disappointing

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has lots of straw and grain with a hint of musty grass. Flavor has straw and bread throughout with a hint of biscuit.

355ml bottle. Golden pour. The smell is not great, armpit and bo, some musty malt in there. Flavor is dry with a heavy saaz omponent, dry and soapy, buttery malt. Not a good one.

Pours a clear gold with a short white head. It has a mild blond malt and earthy hop aroma, and a flavor that is light malt and hops followed by a dry, light finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This was on tap and poured into a mug. The appearance was a nice looking hazy yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Faded catchy looking slim white head dissipated within about thirty seconds leaving a light lacing roaming around the glass nicely. The smell had a slight grassy sweet citrus to slight pine along with a little bit of orange as well. The taste pretty much copied the aroma. A light orange aftertaste arranged itself sweetly on my tongue. It lead to a dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. A light carbonation surrounds my tongue nicely. Overall, I say this was a pretty good American Blonde ale.

Pours yellow with a light white head. Smells of light hop, moderate malt and fruity sweetness. Taste is light bitter, modest malt flavor and faint sweetness. Basic blonde, better than some other locals.
