Bottle at WTWBA. Hazy light orange pour. Just had this 3 minutes after 3F Armand Winter - not sure this is too far below. Dammit, this is good. beerandbourbon (7) - - FEB 7, 2016 does not count
I’ve been able to enjoy this beer a few times - twice after the release and again now. It was good at release, but it’s really blossomed into something special - great mix of funk with a nice citrus acidity. This is one of the few American versions of the style that can stand with the traditional Belgians. seeswo (13) - Ohio, USA - FEB 7, 2016
Had this beer paired with White Lodge and some killer smoked and cured salmon. The citrus in the cured salmon paired so well with both. The funkiness if this beer and the development in the bottle over time has taken this from good to excellent. Stellar beer. mwa423 (11) - , Ohio, USA - FEB 6, 2016
Overall, a very complex and enjoyable sour with great fruit flavors and a light sourness which is quite refreshing.

Surprising beer. Aroma and flavor have a corky lambic Brett character. The comes some rubber lambic phenolics. It needs more carbonation and a bit of a younger beer blend and I think u get a decent 3F clone. Very long and dry finish. mcberko (17841) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 22, 2015
750mL bottle, pours a clear dark golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out vinegar, medium acid, light funk, and light floral quality. Flavour is quite tart, vinegar and acetic, with low funk, high acidity and high vinegar quality. Not really all that complex, with too much acidity for me. Decent, but not my kind of sour. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - FEB 3, 2015
Hazed orange pour with white head. Aroma is tart and brett. Flavor is flat tart and brettty. Medium bodied with good carbonation. solid beer rbwg jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - NOV 30, 2014

750ml bottle shared at tasting. Unfiltered orange-tan. Oily head. Pretty standard US Sour..in a good way. Apricot tinged sour yeast tones. Relatively light on the palate, medium bodied. Mellow carbonation. Lemon-lime tones. Tasty, clean for the style.
