Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of lemon, lacto, citrus, spices. Taste of lemon, some citrus, unpleasant sourness. Not a winner.

From Fegleys Brewfest. The aroma is tart lemon, white wine. The flavor follows. The appearance is hazy yellow. The finish is weird, rubbery, sour, acid. Ok, not great.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has mild funk, tart citrus, and a slight white wine note. Flavor follows suit...like a mild and funky white wine. Mouthfeel is light and a bit watery with a dry and tart white wine/brett finish. Has good potential but a bit thin.

The sour is strong but not overwhelming. It is crisp, light, and easy to drink, especially in this east coast heat wave of July.

lachrymalisis (441) - Washington, USA - JUL 16, 2014
nice lactic presence. very cider-like. light, crisp, very tart, slight brett presence in the form of earthy fruit fermentation. clean lactic tartness. nice peppery back-end. very well made beer.

Draft. Light golden pour with white head. Light funky almost gose aromas. Light yeast, fruit and funky tart flavors.

NikkTwist (3225) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 7, 2014
Draft at Khyber Pass. Hazy orange gold pour with a white foamy top that let some thick wet lace. Strong pungent sour. Orange pith. Lemon pips. Straw. Bamboo. Peppers. Decent Brett sour but not extraordinary. Thankfully finishes very dry.

neuromatt (1225) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 5, 2014
On tap at the City Tap House in Philadelphia, served in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a small white head that mostly remains and leaves a small amount of fine lace. The nose has big cidery notes along with grass, straw, subtle sour fruit and subtle spice. The flavour is quite dry throughout with subtle sour fruit, Brett notes, cider vinegar and pale malts. The finish is medium in length and malty with Brett notes. On the palate it is light-medium in body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall this is a decent dry Bretted ale, but nothing terribly complex. 2014-04-27

callmemickey (4543) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 28, 2014
Hazy golden-orange colored body, medium to thin white head, soapy lacing. Lactic tartness, citrus, some wet hay, peppery yeast. Come across as a Berliner-Saison blend. Medium to light bodied, lively carbonation, assertive acidity, slightly muddled finish.

very dry. overly sour. went down a little rough. Misses the mark on every aspect. Not enjoyable in the least
