Visual: (cellared for 1.5 years). Unfiltered. Pours translucent golden orange with a large dissipating bubbly head, very active soda-like fast streams, a thin layer of retention, large suspended bits of sediment.

Nose: yeasty grain barley malt, pineapple-pear overtones. (lvl-5)-pungency.
Attack: bubbly full-crisp
Mid-palate: yeasty-resiny, coriander, grainy-pineapple barley malt, (lvl-5)-sweetness, light tangy-zingy, alcohol detection
Finish: slight dry apple-pear exhale, residual barley maltish
Summary: An all-around balanced Belgian strong ale with enough body, mouthfeel, and nuanced complexity. I didn't find any trait particularly noteworthy. Good, but not exceptional.
Flight at the source during ck1 birthday trip. Saison-y note. More vegetal than fruity. 12 jinroh (2727) - ESTONIA - SEP 19, 2016
Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is full of Belgian yeast strains and that spicy scent they produce. Loads of candy sugar. Taste feels maybe a bit lighter than the nose would suggest - but only a bit. There is some grainy feel coming from the malts and then also yeast spices, some cloves and candy sugar thing. Bitter background, so hops are also definitely there. Overall, I can drink it but well, not sure I am really enjoying this as much as I could be. alexsdad06 (11762) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUL 23, 2016
Bottle at home. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale malts, citrus, some tart character, Belgian yeast, mild spices, on the dry side, decent. CanIHave4Beers (4291) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - MAY 2, 2016
Bottle, ßòóštęd by me... in the library... just now.

Pours a perfectly pale golden color with a light haze a big head and lots of lacing on the glass.
The aroma is a lot of spiciness, banana & baguette. Lightly floral and sweet smelling, inviting enough for sure.
The flavor is similar to the aroma really, light fruity banana and lemon notes, a moderate alcohol flavor, some big spiciness and floral bitterness. The sweetness level is pretty well in check although this isn’t what I’d consider a "dry" beer.
A nice American made Belgian strong to be sure.
Drank at a bottle share with my fellow workers at Jersey Girl Brewing Company! A really nice well done Belgian Strong! nealblind (2059) - Seattle, Alabama, USA - APR 11, 2016

Sampled at the brewery, 11/25/15. Cloudy golden orange color with a bubbly head. Very drinkable and refreshing Belgian Blonde with a clean aroma and flavor. Gets pretty peppery on the finish. hayduke (5762) - Eureka, California, USA - NOV 8, 2015
Sampled at GABF 2015. In the tasting glass was hazy gold with a white head that lasted. Nose of funk sour citrus. Full body. Flavor is citrus, and belgian yeast showing fruit and spices. Finish is sour, tart and dry. Very tasty and nice drinking. Would enjoy a whole pint of this. nuplastikk (6683) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 26, 2015
750ml. Cloudy yellow-tan body. Foamy white head. Kind of an odd aroma, not what I’d expect from the style at least. Lemony tinged malt tones. Almost has high temperature US saison tones. Wheat. Oats. Like a Double Wit. OK.
