Bottle courtesy of adnielsen. Thanks bro! Pours a clear yellow with big white head. Grainy, fruity, tart, peppery aromas. Ginger, pepper, fruity flavors. Interesting beer, a lot going on in this one. But it doesn’t do it for me.

750 ml punt bottle poured a clkear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, apricot, white pepper, citrus, light ginger and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, white pepper, citrus, light apricot and light ginger with a crisp dry lingering peppery finish.

Chalky blond and an effervescent white head. Tart, lactic aroma of bright fruit, ginger and pepper. Light to medium bodied with full flavor, still tart , but also malty and spicey. Nicely dry and lemony in the finish with just the right touch of ginger. I can’t tell what the other reviews were complaining about, maybe it needed the full 6 months in the bottle. It’s like a tripel with apricot. This beer is tasty, complex and well-structured.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2012 Bottle... Hazy yellow ale with a mid-sized, wispy, white head. Great retention. The aroma furnishes lemon with subtle undertones of barnyard funk and spicy farmhouse yeast. Light to medium-bodied with airy carbonation. The flavor is mildly acidic and citrusy, but is a touch too sweet to really wrap my lips around. Finishes crisp and refreshing at first, then cracker malt sweetness lingers and nearly ruins the entire experience for me. More time in the bottle may improve this one... or not. Bottle courtesy of biggsbowler!

Bottle poured a cloudy blonde hue w/ large white frothy head diminishes to a nice thin cap and some lacing. Nice big aromas of pepper, earth, pineapple and citrus. Flavor is an initial light sweet and finishes with a light sour. Taste is lemon, ginger, leather, and apricot. Light bodied, dry texture, and lively carbonation. Has a thin mouthfeel.

Bottle at Dadtoberfest. Hazy gold with a white head. Peachy sweetness, light peppery spices, with some funky/musky notes in the background. I don’t know what the hell is going on here, but it’s pretty good.

Bottle at Jdadmond’s Dadtoberfest tasting courtesy of Max. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Musk, fruit, spicy notes, a touch of cardamom, pepper. Medium bodied, sweet and spicy, nice yeast with a good amount of phenols, musk and toast. Very easy drinking, nice musk and spicy notes into the finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Cloudy blonde color with a large white head. Lot of pepper, grains of paradise, and slight fruit character in the aroma. Trying this next to the High West Campfire whiskey is a bit strange, though. Taste is potpourri heavy, some lemon, ginger, and a great spice character from the grains. Light bodied, and maybe a touch thin. Still, pretty nice.
