Bottle courtesy of adnielsen. Thanks bro! Pours a clear yellow with big white head. Grainy, fruity, tart, peppery aromas. Ginger, pepper, fruity flavors. Interesting beer, a lot going on in this one. But it doesnt do it for me.

Yellow body white lasting head. Lemon and yeast aroma. Taste is similar with hints of leach but also drier and less pronounced. Not bad.

On tap at turtles, pours a murky pinkish purple. Fruity berry aroma. Taste of fruity rhubarb and apricot skins, sweet berries and aoricot flesh, becoming dry with light yeast on the finish. Fruit punch with light yeast, ok.

A solid saison. Aromas of Belgian yeast, apricots, lemon. Nice sweet, malty, fruity flavours. The apricot comes through nicely.

Tap @ Tap & Bottle, seems to be unretired? Cloudy, bright yellow color, nose is overwhelmingly isoamylacetate at first but when swirling develops some of those typical grains of paradise notes: fresh, gingery, white pepper. Also quite a bit of lemon and lemongrass. Mouthfeel is crispy, could maybe do with a little bit more carbonation, light body. Finishes fairly fruity and not very long lasting. Seems like a very nice thirst quencher to me but theres a little too much going on on the nose. I would have preferred either lemon or pepper aroma to be dominant.

"A rather untraditionally full bodied pilsner. Dry bready and a bit sweet, with some grassy hops and hay and a slight tartness to make things interesting. Not bad. "

From Dadtoberfest 2012. Appearance is hazy golden White head. Aroma is funky, fruit, dusty, spicy. Flavor is fruity, funk, yeasty. Medium in body. Good, I guess.

Poured from a bomber into a cute little flute glass. It is a cloudy, pale yellow with a ultra thin and bubbly white head. Smells first of funky/barnyard then of spices- pepper and cinnamon?, hard to say- then a citrusy scent. The taste is a new combination for me. There is a slightly tart front, pepper, light fruit taste and a great, highly carbonated palate. For some reason I want to say there is cinnamon in this brew but Im not sure. Maybe it is the ginger they mention in the description.

750 ml punt bottle poured a clkear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, apricot, white pepper, citrus, light ginger and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, white pepper, citrus, light apricot and light ginger with a crisp dry lingering peppery finish.

Chalky blond and an effervescent white head. Tart, lactic aroma of bright fruit, ginger and pepper. Light to medium bodied with full flavor, still tart , but also malty and spicey. Nicely dry and lemony in the finish with just the right touch of ginger. I cant tell what the other reviews were complaining about, maybe it needed the full 6 months in the bottle. Its like a tripel with apricot. This beer is tasty, complex and well-structured.
