Taste is lemon peel, grassy, slightly bitter, fruity, slightly floral, clove, light banana, a touch of herbs, ending with a lightly spicy finish. Medium body with high carbonation. UPDATED: OCT 5, 2013 Bottle @ home picked up at Funkwerks. Prototype bottle release. Pours a cloudy, light yellow appearance with a big white head. Weedy, skunky herbal, fairly spicy yeasty, white wine, apple aroma that’s kind of strange. Fairly dry, crisp grainy, lemon, white grape, potpourri, herbal/floral hoppy flavor. Carbonation is really heavy. I love Nelson Sauvin hops but this one really didn’t hit the spot for me.
