A really nice saison. Great peach aromas and flavours. Enough barrel, funk to keep it from being too sweet. Effervescent and tasty

On tap at Turtles in Shakopee - strong sour here with subdued peach, but it all works well together. Slightly thin on the finish, but overall a good one.

Many am I happy Funkwerks is in Minnesota now! Picked up a nice 750ml of this from Elevated in White Bear. Hazy amber pour with a nice amount of white head and lacing. Fruity oak nose, stone fruit and peach if you go looking for it. Some whiskey in there too. Taste is quite nice, low level of sourness and a lot of peach pulp fruit with oak and just a hint of whiskey in the finish.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a hazy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, peach, oak, whiskey and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of straw, oak, peach, vanilla and light whiskey with a crisp dry lightly tart lingering peach finish.

Hazy peachy gold with a thin sticky white cap. Amazing nose with peach purée and whiskey and oak and bright saison funky sour esters. Flavor is delightful and has some gentle sour funk, loads of peach purée, and a woody whiskey flavor with a gentle tart finish. Amazing.
