COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The beer you are holding is unique. A special strain of yeast and a warm fermentation produces a beer of exceptional flavor and aroma. An extended secondary maturation and bottle conditioning ensures all these unique qualities are preserved and evolve over time. Serve at 50°F in a tulip glass.

What to expect
This tawny orange beer pours with a rocky white head. Aromas of passion fruit, tangerine, and black pepper hit the nose. Flavor is a cascade of orange, lemon verbena, ginger and pepper. And in a second it is gone, finishing with a dry and lingering bitterness that awaits another sip.

Cellaring Information
Store upright in a dark dry place at cellar temperature (ideally at 50 degree). Cellar limit is 2 years.

On draft at brewery: pours hazy pale golden, white bubbly head that persists. Inviting for sure. Nose is tangerine, lemon citrus, yeast, white pepper. Distinct orange flavor, bready malts and some peppery yeast notes. Soft and pleasant with a brief dry finish. Session beer for sure. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2018 On tap at Craft Beer Cellar in Clayton Aroma 7/10: Pleasant but faint. Some yeasty funk with a little hay. Appearance 4/5: slight haze with an off white head. Started thick, and faded into a thin layer. Palate 5/5: Good amount of carbonation and relatively full bodied for the style. Taste 9/10: This isn't exactly a revolutionary take on the saison, but it is definitely a solid, traditional tasting beer. Really impressed with how easy it drinks for a beer that's nearly 7% Overall 17/20: See above. 4.2

11.2floz bottle, BOD: 12.04.2017, $2 single, tulip glass. A hazy gold beer with a very small amount of head. Aroma is a like a field of hay sprinkled with beery a yeast perfume (I get it, don't care about you). Drinks fine. High on the hay flavor with fairly stronger wildflower essence. Goes down pretty filling moderate carbonation. Standard Belgian-esque front, middle, and end. Decent.

Gold pour, small white head. Aroma of bananas, yeast and spices. Taste is spicy and yeasty but a bit thin and harsh. Disappointing!

Bottle. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of banana, saison yeast funk, and bubblegum. Tastes fruity, funky and super yeasty. Medium bodied.

Nice citrusy brew here. Had it in the middle of a heat wave and was the most refreshing beer I ever had. Reminds me of Leinie’s Summer Shandy but not as much lemon. Will try more saisons because of this beer.

Bottle I picked up on Rakuten on sale. A soft lightly cloudy gold with a fizzy eggshell white head fills my tulip by disappears leaving only film of white behind. The aroma is horse blanket, hay, funk and a bit of bretty pineapple. The light ultra-dry body gives you soda bread, banana, pineapple, wheat, funk and hay. A tasty saison on this sweltering July day.

Pours a light amber from a bottle, thick head. Lemony aroma, similar flavor with a nice bread dough aspect, some white pepper. Light, not interesting but not offensive. Good beer.

Flight at the source during ck1 birthday trip. Shrug? Light. No real distinct character to this one. Some butter. They have waaaaay better ones. 11.5

Sweet aroma with taste to match. Almost a sweet Belgian blonde. No funk or sourness. Sweetness makes this one rather one-dimensional.
