Draught as part of a flight at the Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park on January 21, 2015.radagast83 (8193) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - JAN 28, 2015
Slight bit hazy pale golden color, white head. Cucumber taste, not much else. Chili heating. Cucumber aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Cucumber scent.
Draft at the brewery. Poured a clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma was nice light tropical fruits, no real heat or even pepper fruit notes. Flavor was nice mango, light habanero notes, not too spicy really, easy drinking. Kind of like a glaze you’d put on grilled chicken. Very sessionable. Draft at the Lounge in Boca Raton. Pours a nice golden orange in a snifter. Medium white head. Smells of mangos, cereal, hot peppers. Let me tell you if you don’t like spicy then DO NOT get this beer. Period. I like spicy but it can burn going down if you know what I mean. Tasty with the locally grown Boca mango’s (thanks Bob) and the hot-assed peppers. Refreshing. Crisp. Rather sweet finish in your mouth as your throat is on fire. Draft at Funky Buddha Lounge. Pours golden with half an inch of white foam. Has tropical fruit notes on the nose. Big mango on the tongue which acts as a masking agent for the finish when those scotch bonnet peppers kick in. There’s definite heat on the finish but roasted pepper as well. The heat builds as you drink it not in the throat but on the lips which are now numb. This is a real motherfucker of a beer and when it’s not kicking my ass it’s fucking delicious. jjgmd (2215) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JUN 22, 2013
At the lounge and brewery, pours a clear golden pour . Nose is chili and fruit. Taste is balanced between the sweet mango and spicy chili. Finish is sweet and spicy and a bit pungent . Nice. quaff score 7 / 10

On tap at Funky Buddha Boca. Pours golden with a white head and aroma of mangos. Taste is sweet, lots of interesting mango with big chili notes that lead into a spicy finish. Unique, nice extreme beer biggsbowler (629) - Port St. Lucie, Florida, USA - SEP 30, 2012
Draft at the Buddha - Pours hazy orange/yellow w/no carb, Lots of mangoes in the aroma, Taste of mangoes, some sweetness, and some heat from the scotch bonnett chillies, The chillies nicely enhance the flavor of the mangoes and add a subtle burn down your throat, Medium body, It’s a very interesting beer. I can’t say I can drink a lot of it, because the chillies can get pretty intense as you drink it, but overall, it was very good. OmegaX (1375) - Florida, USA - SEP 9, 2012
Awesome brew! Nose is BIG mango. I mean tons of it. Also, there was an underlying cucumber note and some citrus, too. Very fruity nose. Pour was a hazy yellow with no head at all. It looked like a mango. The taste is big mango and chili spice, with a ton of heat from the scotch bonnets. I like heat and this one is pretty darn spicy. After awhile, the heat starts to drown out the mango flavors, but overall I liked this one quite a bit. Very different and it worked out nicely. My only complaint is that it could do with a touch less heat to let the other flavors shine. msante79 (2225) - Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA - AUG 31, 2012
On tap at Funky Buddha. Pours hazy pale golden with no head. Aromas of fresh cut chills, mangos, and some wheat. Flavors of wheat and mango for a brief second before the assault of chilis come through. Nice mouthfeel and burn that lingers for a while. I like the hot stuff but a sampler is enough for me. burg326 (5577) - Florida, USA - AUG 25, 2012
On draft at the Buddha, pours an orange mango color, and looks like it it is a mixture of tampico juice. Aromas of fresh cut mangos and light pepper heat. Flavors are sweet mango juice up front, and huge spicey peppers on the back end. The heat lingers for a while, and you drink another sip for the mango to kill the pepper flavor only to get it again in the back end. This beer truely is some sweet heat!
