Draft... Cloudy golden ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. The earthy, grainy bouquet furnishes only a rumor of cherry. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with stinging carbonation. The flavor is tart, but not sour - leans sweet overall. Minimal cherry flavor, if any. Finishes tangy-sweet and a touch grainy. knickskicks (1162) - - OCT 5, 2012
Tap at Funky Buddha’s 2nd year anniversary. Bright yellow like the other berliners. Nose and taste are tart and bitter cherries. Very much like an oude kriek (not surprisingly). dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - SEP 9, 2012
On draft at the Buddha. This one, like many of their other berliners, was most definitely on the sour/tart side. Aroma had nice subtle hints of cherries but it wasn’t in your face. Very easy to drink, so easy in fact I believe I threw back about 4 of them.
