COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This poundable session IPA is brewed with 2-row barley and a touch of caramel malt for depth, accented with loads and loads of late-addition Citra hops. The hops provide an IPA-sized dose of intensely fruity hop aroma without an overly bitter finish.

Draft pour at Funky Buddha. Pours a clear golden color and topped by a thin off white head of foam that recedes quickly to a thin film. The aroma shows notes of fresh citrus fruit with orange grapefruit to go with a touch of pine and citrus hop bitterness on the back end. The flavor follows with the orange and grapefruit citrus fruits and balanced out with some light hop bitterness and toasted bread malts. Light in body with subtle carbonation that leads to a lengthy bittersweet finish. Probably could use a bit more body, but it was still a tasty session IPA.

Sampled at the brewery. Honey gold with light cloudiness. A white layer of foam. Dry citrusy stuff. Plenty of tropical fruit with melons, mangoes, and perhaps some kiwi. Sweet side from the malts balances nicely. Nice.

Tap pour at Funky Buddha’s brewery. Pour was a golden amber with modest white head. Aroma is a bit earthy of pine and grapefruit. Initial taste is pine, tar and grapefruit with aftertaste of citrus dominated by grapefruit and with a bitter hops bite. Very good IPA, although I prefer the Hop Gun better.

Pours a hazy yellow on tap worth thin white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of big citrus and tropical melon from the citra. Taste is less hoppy with a bready center and dry finish. Pretty decent, but nothing too exciting.

Pale yellow pour with white head. Tap at grasslands in Tallahassee. Light citrus, some yeasty and cracker flavors. Easy to drink.

Hazy, light tan, thin head. Light floral note, taste has some mellow citrus, light fruitiness. It’s thin, but mellow and vaguely biscuity. The thing is, though, I’ve had more of this than any other beer at Funky Buddha so far. Doesn’t score well, it just drinks well.

Growler thanks to Amy. Pours a clear gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is strong citra and grapefruit. Medium mouth with nice citrus, grapefruit, bitter, light dryness, very crushable.

On draft at Funky Buddha. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is some light malt, some caramel, some tropical fruit, and hints of pine. Flavor is similar- light malt, some tropical fruit, and hints of pine. Light in body and a nice session IPA overall.
