A malty red ale that pops with pleasantly fruity undertones, chock full of whole raspberries and just enough habanero peppers to create a pleasant tingle in your throat. Youve got sweet, fruity, caramel-y, spicy all in one package - its like jam for your jelly, baby.

Bottle shared in NH. Not quite sure where I got this - maybe a trade extra. Pours mostly clear copper-amber with a billowing, creamy off-white head. The nose has a little juicy raspberry, light suggestions of pepper, hints of toasted bread. Light-medium sweet flavour with forward chili pepper heat, some seedy raspberry, touches of earth. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Pretty clean in the finish with more chili heat, mild throat burn, green pepper, background raspberry pulp, some seedy bitterness. Refreshing, in that chili burn kind of way. Fun stuff.

Cool beer. A little overcarbonated and too lively but still a cool beer. Nose of raspberry and some pepper notes, toasted malts, a little caramel and earth. Pours brown amber, big rocky frothy head that doesnt settle down. Hard to get a good pour. Flavors of raspberry on top of toasted and caramel malts with a really nice pepper flavor and subtle heat throughout. Really a cool beer. Would have been even better if not for the carbonation issues.

Had this one on tap at the brewery. Pours a reddish brown. Subtle raspberry aroma. Taste has a slight raspberry tartness and heat on the back end, but not overwhelming. Overall a great and easy beer to drink.

Nice pepper fruit beer, well balanced. Heat and sweet neither overwhelming or hiding. Still a sipper despite sessionable IPA.

Bottle from my father bought in Florida. Fruity smell with rasberries and chili. Similar taste with some chili heat to finish it off. Nice balance between the raspberries and chili. Interesting combo. The habanero is increasingly present.

Pours reddish brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is chocolatey malts and something vaguely fermented. Taste is a combination of raspberry, malts, and habaneros with a mildly biting heat. Not bad.

Pours a deep amber with an off white head. Aromas of malt a little sweetness from the berries. Taste the same with a little heat at the finish but not much. Overall a nice fruit beer. Light to medium mouth feel with little lacing in the glass.

Translucent ruby amber with beige head. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Aroma: raspberry, chocolate, pepper plant.

Taste: bready malt, raspberry, capsacian heat. Everything is fairly intense, but the heat does not linger. Notes of belgian yeast character.
