“August in Florida is God’s way of reminding us who’s in charge.” ― Blaize Clement

Unfiltered and refreshing, our German-style wheat beer is full on flavor yet light on the palate. Authentic hefeweizen yeast creates the compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves, while the all wheat and malt body perfectly captures the brilliance of an orange- and yellow-flecked Florida sunset.

Pairing Suggestions: Mild or sharp goat cheeses, arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, grilled shrimp, beer-battered onion rings with spicy aioli, whole wheat crust pizza, honey-drizzled baklava.

New favorite Hefeweizen. Would swear it has citrus added. Delightful aroma... and color. Just cloudy enough. Smooth overall taste. Perfect balance ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Has a soft detergent aroma, little head and a golden body with minimal carbonation. Flavour is an okay wheat mix with wheat grain notes. Average syrupy finish, and average overall.

Taps somewhat hazy apricot with a thin but serviceable eggshell head. Aroma features malty, banana, yeasty, and possibly mango notes. Flavor offers more fruit, plus fresh malt and a touch of perky hops. Mouthfeel presents decent body and jazzy fizz. Get funky in Florida!

Draft - Crisp beer for certain. Very refreshing down here in the heat and humidity. Citrus taste. Has a little tartness to it as well. Balanced with the sweet and citrus flavor.

12 oz. bottle thanks to jcwattsrugger. Clear gold with a good amount of retention. High, active carbonation. Mild wheat zest, weak yeast, and citrus.

Flavors of orange, lemon and a bit of rind. Lively mouthfeel in a light almost watery texture. Real thin borderline watery. Nice spice note in the finish. Not traditional, American yeast strain, not German. It is ok.
