COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
August in Florida is Gods way of reminding us whos in charge. ― Blaize Clement

Unfiltered and refreshing, our German-style wheat beer is full on flavor yet light on the palate. Authentic hefeweizen yeast creates the compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves, while the all wheat and malt body perfectly captures the brilliance of an orange- and yellow-flecked Florida sunset.

Pairing Suggestions: Mild or sharp goat cheeses, arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, grilled shrimp, beer-battered onion rings with spicy aioli, whole wheat crust pizza, honey-drizzled baklava.

Keg. Bananas and cloves, lemon zest with a stronger tartness than typical for hefeweizens, citrus fruits. Incredibly refreshing. Thrilled this is rumored to be Funky Buddhas staple beer when they start bottling.

12oz bottle thanks to one of the cousins in the barrio. bottled on date is a smudge. Nose is light bubblegum and coriander. sip adds light banana. light-ish body. not what I look for in the style. cardboard-like flavors in the finish.

Draft @ Doubletree PBI. Aroma is a little bubble gum, banana. Slightly cloudy, golden, thin white head with a little lacing. Flavor is mostly bubble gum with a little banana. No clove. Med to full bodied. Overall, a good German Hefe, but I prefer more clove favor personally.
