COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Picture custardy French toast, infused with cinnamon and vanilla, fresh from the griddle and drizzled with warm maple syrup. Now picture that in a glass. Boom. Mind blown.

Was not a huge fan of this one. Very thin and zero maple flavor. Looking forward to trying the BA version.

Keg at Mikkeller Bar. Pours deep brown with a fluffy stable white head which steadily deflates. Aroma is caramel, honey, vanilla, raisins. Taste is honey sweet, spicy cinnamon, syrupy molasses sweet, raisins, clove. Medium body with a long, syrupy sweet finish.

Bottle thanks to 50belair! Pours deep chestnut, medium tan head, dissipates to a nice residual and lacing. Aroma is truly reminiscent of french toast, loads of maple and cinnamon on the nose. Flavor is fairly sweet, cinnamon, maple, some underlying cocoa and roasty notes, hints of root beer. Body is a bit lightish for the style and ABV.

Pours out of the tap a dark brown with a pale khaki head. The aroma should be made into a candle or something. Its insane how good this smells. Sweet maple with butter and cinnamon. Just like youd expect from French toast. The flavor is not far behind, although not as intense as the nose would let on. Overall a great beer and a fun one to try.

Tons of maple up front provides sweetness throughout, which evolves quickly into creamy cocoa, cinnamon spice and vanilla bean, finishing with a blast of funk. Lingers long. Breakfast worthy indeed.

Bomber poured a clear reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of maple, vanilla, caramel and cinnamon. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, maple, cinnamon and light vanilla with a smooth dry lingering cinnamon maple finish.

I dont really know how to rate this beer. Its literally unlike anything Ive ever had before, which is good, because if this was in mass production Im pretty sure the beer nerds of the world would turn on it and compare it to "Bud Light Lime-a-Rita". The crazy thing about this beer is how closely it mimics French toast. It doesnt taste like a brown ale; it tastes exactly like a buttery slice of maple syrup-laden French toast, so much so that I can only assume that Funky Buddha either has a molecular gastronomy chef on staff or theyre actual wizards. More unique than a purple lobster listening to the Garden State soundtrack.

Bottle shared at Jasons. Pretty intoxicating mimicry of french toast. Cinnamon, maple. Very tasty.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Pours dark brown with dense beige head. Toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, bit roasty. Sweet. Low carbonation, medium+ bodied. Loved it.

Bottle from Homer321 not exactly my type of thing but certainly can appreciate. Really smells like mamas French toast which I do enjoy. Tastes of toffee, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lactose. Sweet but not in the way I feared. Some alcohol presence and sugary aftertaste.
