Our luscious and silky smooth OP Porter infused with whole vanilla beans. A complex blend of dark malts and real milk sugar creates the bold flavors of dark roast coffee mingling with farm fresh cream. For the stout and porter lover in each of us, OP is a knockout.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a dark brown color with a small off-white head, much like the base beer. Aroma was some roasted malts, with some chocolate. Flavor was roasted malts, chocolate, lots of vanilla. Nice vanilla bean, roasted malts, chocolate.

Draft. Nose is mostly chocolate. Taste is similar. Mostly chocolate. Not a ton of vanilla. Ok. Just a tad thin.

Draft... This beer rocks!… Pours black with a small, creamy, mushroom-colored head. Decent retention. The nose presents a huge vanilla component with accompanying traces of cinnamon and chocolate crème. Vanilla bomb! Full-bodied and creamy with busy carbonation. The flavor is sweet - but not crazy sweet - with loads of vanilla and roastiness - mostly vanilla. Just enough charcoal bitterness kicks in to just about balance everything out in the finish. Vanilla Bliss! Vanilla! Vanilla! Vanilla! Ole!

On tap at Dixie. Dark brown pour with a kaki head. Big vanilla bouquet. Robust dark roasted malts dominate with tasty vanilla back beats. Bitter chocolate low lights. Good body and mouthfeel. Not overly complex but solid.

Starts off like the original OP with a dark brown color topped with a tan head. Coffee and roasted aromas are complimented by a delicious vanilla that smooths out roasted malts. Milk sugars add body. Full and satisfying. This is a top porter. Buddha needs a belly rub.
