Pale golden pour thin white head sticky lacing ... aroma is sour and wheaty with some funky fruits and light pineapple ... taste was awesome pineapple and coconut nicely balanced, sugary .... mouthfeel is sweet and sticky .... finish is sweet and dry ... good stuff aroma kind of threw me off but the taste made up for it Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - JUN 12, 2012
On tap at Churchkey. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a hazy bright yellow color with a nice, fluffy white head. The nose brings forward fairly-strong notes of pineapple along with some underlying coconut. Fairly intense and well integrated. The flavor takes it up another step, as in addition to the fruit, there’s an underlying wheat character that actually tastes like beer. With the nose, I was afraid that this was just going to taste no different than an actual pina colada. Body is light and very refreshing. I could drink this all day. By far my favorite of the event. Tap at CK. Full haze straw. Webby lace. Rich piña colada nose. Taste is straight up piña colada. But it's malty and sweeter. Not sour like some people were expecting. Refreshing. Bright. Essentially piña colada in beer form straight up.

On draft at the HI. Pours a cloudy yellow orange gold with a medium sized white head. Aroma of pina colada mix, pineapple, wheat and hints of Juicy Fruit gum. Taste is much the same. Excellent. PhillyCraft (8196) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 4, 2012
On tap at Woody’s. Pours a cloudy yellow gold, medium white head and lacing. Aromas are pineapples, coconut water, and wheat. Taste is straight pina colada juice, with a pleasent wheat session ale feel. Insanely drinkable, would love some ice cold growlers of this next to the beach or pool. Another example of why these dudes deserve the hype.
