I had this one as well at Devil’s Den during Philly Beer Week. Unlike the Passion Fruit version, this one was like a nice Berliner Weiss with a great Pineapple flavor, as opposed to straight up Pineapple Juice. Awesome! TheEpeeist (3709) - Media, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 5, 2013
On tap at Devil’s Den.Cloudy yellow with a trace of white froth. Nose is pineapple juice and light lemon. Medium body with soft carb and a slight tang. Taste is sour pineapple and lemon zest. A bit muted and not as crisp as their other fruit Berliners i’ve tried. egajdzis (6672) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 18, 2013
Hazy pale golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of strong pineapples, toast, and lacto funk. Taste of citrus, vanilla, and sweeter pineapples, with a tart finish. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 18, 2013
Draft at Bainbridge with Vincent. Poured a hazy light golden-white with no head. Aroma is sour funky Lauren’s cheese with mild pineapple notes. Taste is sour lemon, lactose and some mild pineapple, decent amount of funk. Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - JAN 17, 2013
Aroma of dried pineapple, sour grape, and slight meat funk. Pours almost hazy white with a humungous head. Taste is taaaart with a slight rotten fruit rind funk and a sweet pineapple finish. Very refreshing.

on tap at berliner bash. Bright gold. aroma of tart pineapple. Taste follows, not a lot of sweetness which surprises me with pineapple. Finishes dry and sour hopscotch (11175) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUN 12, 2012
Draft… Berliner Bash on the Bay 2012… This beer rocks!… Pours a hazy off-white with a small, creamy, white head. Loads of pineapple in the aroma with a mere hint of grapefruit. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and modest carbonation. The flavor offers huge pineapple, medium to heavy acidity and low to no sweetness. Finishes bristly and dry. World class brew! On tap at the Peg’s Berliner Bash. Served in a mini snifter. Pours a nice golden color with a bit of a head. Nose has pineapple and a slight bit of cheesiness in the background. Flavor has tropical pineapple character plus light wheat and a touch of acidity from the base plus a bit of pineapple acidity. Light body. Good, not great. callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 3, 2012
Cloudy straw-yellow body, medium sized white head that stuck around for a few minutes before crashing. Ripe pineapple, it has a freshly chopped bite to it. Flavor is dominated by a nice juicy pineapple character. Acidic, but lacking the refreshing tartness and wheat character that would transform this from alcoholic pineapple juice into a true pineapple berliner. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Certainly an interesting and enjoyable effort, but it falls far short of what it "could have been." PhillyCraft (7585) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 2, 2012
Draft with Adrian and Scott. Pours lemonade, no head or lace, very carbonated. Aromas of sour dough and funky cheese, faint pineapple, onion. Taste is lemons, pineapple vita coco, funky lactic acids, granny smith apple skins.
