Draft at Funky Buddha. Snifter. Poured an amber color with very thin head. Aroma was pretty much in the name...cilantro and lime! I was a little worried as I don’t like lime taste very much and figured cilantro could easily overpower. Neither overpowered however. The hint of cilantro was enough to get the idea and the lime was just enough to tart it slightly. Really was just an good, herbed beer with medium mouth and some carbonation. Very refreshing and good. hopscotch (11075) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - APR 8, 2013
Draft... Murky caramel ale with no head. The nose is mainly of Lipton instant iced tea. Cilantro and lime stand out as nice herbal and fruity components. Medium to full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is an eccentric blend of unsweetened black tea and citrus fruit with suggestions of spice rack cilantro and freshly crushed mint. It totally works for me. Citrusy, bittersweet finish. dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - JAN 19, 2013
On draft at the Buddha. Nice floral hoppy aroma mixed with a touch of salt and lime. Not overly limey but just a nice balance between the floral hops, malts and lime. A really interesting beer.
