Hazy yellow pour at Huna day. The tropical notes of the Carambola shine through and compliment the tartness and light wheat notes. Nice drinking beer. blomster (289) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 8, 2013

Draft on tap at Hunahpus Day 2013 (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy straw champagne hue, good haziness, straw with a gentle hazy head. Whitish with a small ring, mellow lacing. Aromas are gentle starfruit, guava, and lemons. Straw, bready malts, yogurt. Some lactic elements, dry and sour. Initial is tart and small, almost earthy, faint dryness, starfruit, guava, and lemons. Some bready malts, straw, and dry. Small beer, middle pushes earthy qualities, peanut, and dryness. Backend is dry, peanut, earth. Finish is dry, a bit tart, a touch bandaidy. Odd as we finish up.
