COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hey pal, this ain’t just some sweet little thang. This fierce, frosted goddess is none other than Strawberry Shortcake, a righteous wheat wine brewed with just enough whole strawberries and fragrant vanilla beans to temper its ferocious nature. So beer bros, take heed: it’s time to hail to the queen, baby.

On draught in Miami. Pours a very slightly hazy amber. Small head. Fruit is prevalent.

Mildly cloudy golden pour with a cream colored head. Strawberries and cream nose and flavor. Surprisingly nothing’s overdone, given the brewer. Still not very good.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2018 Light golden in color with a small white head. Mostly wheat aroma with a bit of strawberry. Somewhat sweet with strawberry and a bit of vanilla. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Truly everything you would imagine a beer called Strawberry Shortcake to be. Lots of frosting element and some candied strawberry. Pours golden amber with ok head. Very sweet finish with lots of booze. Ok but not something you'd want to drink more than a 4oz pour of. Tap at brewery.

Ahuth (665) - Illinois, USA - AUG 10, 2017
Bottled. Pours hazy orange with floaters. Not much of a aroma. The palate is crisp like a lager. The taste is strawberry and more vanilla. As advertised but not very good.

Bomber via trade. Poured a slightly reddish but mostly orange clear thicker body under a smaller foamy white head. Aroma/flavor of sugar, vanilla cake, strawberries, grains, toast, lactose, milk, grassy hops. Fuller mouthfeel, syrupy, average carbonation and a lingering sweet sugary aftertaste.

A: Deep orange with some reddish notes with a one finger white head N: Vanilla, strawberry, hint of raspberry, sweet crackers T: Vanilla, crackers, hint of honeydew and strawberry O: Fun, but would have wanted more forward strawberry.

Draft pour and 22oz bottle. Pours a mostly clear dark orange pour and topped by a small off white head of foam. The aroma shows notes of fresh strawberries, shortcake, vanilla, and pale malts. The smell mimics a piece of strawberry shortcake fairly well. The flavor follows with strawberry, vanilla, and cake batter all coming through to go with the toasted bread and pale malts. Sweet, a touch boozy, and a little disjointed. Medium bodied and fairly smooth with subtle carbonation that leads to a strawberry and vanilla finish. The draft version was better than the bottle, but I guess it’s just not really my thing. A good attempt at strawberry shortcake though.

3/24/17. On tap at WoB Destin. I was ready to hate this - I really was - and it turned out to be pretty damn good. Orange pour with a small khaki head. Nice strawberry and cream aroma. Same on the flavor with a touch of bitterness and grain. The alcohol is really hidden in this... could be dangerous!
