Really good flavored beer. Strong marshmallow flavor. Not very boozy for being high in alcohol. Great for the holidays. Probably don’t want more than one at a time, though.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2017 12 oz bottle. A hazy copper color with a small off white head. Aroma is sweet potato/pumpkin/acorn squash, significant spices, vanilla, and egg white. Flavors are all of these with caramel, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and just a little booze. Slightly warming. Medium body, not much carbonation. JaBier (8316) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - NOV 15, 2017
Bottle. Clear amber to copper pour with a thick beige head. Aroma of malt, vanilla, sweet potato and cinnamon. Malt and cinnamon flavor with a sweet potato finish. ExpendableHero (932) - Florida, USA - NOV 10, 2017
This was a nice surprise. Hazy orange beer, with amber hues, and a slightly tan head. Aromas of caramel and toasted grains. Tastes of sweet caramel, fluffy biscuit, hints of the titular sweet potato (it works quite nicely), and nicely executed vanilla sweetness. Sweet finish, somewhat cloyingly sweet. Very smooth to drink and very enjoyable. I really liked this one. tmoreau (4679) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - NOV 7, 2017
Shared 12 oz. bottle poured to snifters showing a hazed, orangey/gold color, with a presentable layer of off white froth, and dots & dashes of lacey foam. The nose was some floral fruitiness, brown sugar sweetness, yams, pie spice, and vanilla. Light to medium bodied, with low carbonation, the taste was similar, with modest, earthy bitterness, and some noticeable booze. A playful and fairly tasty fall diversion, relegated to a one hit wonder for me.

UPDATED: NOV 3, 2017 Tap. Hazy dark amber with no head. Potato, cinnamon and spearmint with.unspecific sweetness. Sticky with medium body and a long, sweet marshmallowy finish. Odd. tfontana (1151) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 21, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 24, 2017 Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Redstone Liquors. Appearance is clear amber with mild sparkle, ephemeral coating of off-white head fading quickly to ring with no lacing. Aroma is caramel, candied sugar, sweet potato. Taste is sweet potato, caramel, candied sugar and cinnamon. Palate is medium-to-full bodied with thick, silky smooth texture, soft-to-average carbonation and sweet finish as taste. Overall, a nice sweet treat that feels fitting for the fall and for holiday celebrations. Arayaga2 (2222) - portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 1, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 1, 2017 Amber with a bone colored head. Aroma is muted but sweet, and it tastes like an over sugared soda. If this didn’t cost $5 I’d have considered a drain pour. shoulderbroken (4256) - Tokyo, JAPAN - MAR 11, 2017
Thanks JC. Big aroma of cinnamon, or maybe pumpkin spice. Touch of the sweet potato I think. Taste is the same, way too cinnamon spicy for me so not quite sure. Bit of sweetness too. jc1762 (1644) - Washington DC, USA - MAR 3, 2017
Thanks Greg for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing well filtered caramel yellow with a half a finger of clean white foam.
The nose shows cinnamon and sweet potato.
The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Borderline cloying with flavors of cinnamon and light savory potato on the mid-palate.
