English: Fur Påskebryg is a top fermented beer of the English Strong Ale style. Clear and amber golden color with a full creme colored head which leaves nice lacings on the glass. Full flavor of dark malts and aroma hops that finishes in a good and bitter fresh hop experience. Brewed from 3 different types of malt - caramel malt amongst others - and both classic bittering and aroma hops.

En god humlet øl, med lang eftersmag. Den har en mild smag men har alligevel meget fylde som varer ved længe

Ett år gammal. Seg kola, torkad frukt, knäck, lite konjak. Söt med lätt rostade toner.

From tap. Aroma is moderate malt, caramel, some dried fruits. Clear brown with a fully lasting off-white head. Taste is moderate+ sweet and light bitter. Full body, oily feel, avg. carb., sweet caramel finish.

Clear amber color with off-white head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is medium sweet, well in balance, enjoyable.

Sparsely foam on an otherwise great beer with a nice amber glow. The smell is winy, malty and fruity. Tastes very sweet caramel, peach and other heavy fruit. Hop bitterness is sparse and the sweetness is the biggest factor in this beer. Type wise I do not think it looks like an English strong ale very much. It has rather little character of a double bock, with sweetness, crispness and intensity of the fruit is most marked.

Nice easter brew. Strong and tasteful but not very complicated. Drunk at Bissely 2015.

Bottle @ DØE. Appearance: Pours cleat copper with ok soapy white head and lacing. aroma/taste notes: bread, hay, hints of caramel and some fruity and floral notes. palette: medium aroma, average carbonation, medium body, some barley sweetness, average bitterness, medium duration and an oily texture. Overall: well balanced Easter ale with nice roasted malt profile

DraftDodger (1509) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 16, 2015
Copenhagen 16/4 2015. 50 cl bottle from Føtex. Pours amber with big white head, which quickly dissipates. Aroma is sweet and candylike. Lots of sweet malts. Soft carbonation. Taste is rather sweet as well and a bit metallic notes of alcohol. Aftertaste has a nice bitterness and sharp taste of alcohol. A rather boozy Easter brew.

ken1 (2003) - DENMARK - APR 16, 2015
Aroma: malty sweet and notes of caramel. Flavour: sweet dark berries and caramel with a slightly dry finish. Colour: reddish golden with an offwhite head. From: 50cl bottle from Rasmus40

Clear amber, small white head. Caramel aroma. Creamy mouthfeel, discrete, soft bitterness. Short finish, but quite okay.
