yngwie (17101) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 3, 2012
On tap at Ølfestival 2012. A clear, dark golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Bready malts, some caramel and a light hoppyness in the aroma. Some pine cones and citrus. Creamy mouthfeel, medium body. Lightly bitter flavor with bread and caramel. Some bitterness and citrus in the end. An easy drinking beer, some nice flavors and aromas too, but it seems they’ve been interesting in making a hop forward beer, which this one sort of isn’t. A bit boring actually, but far from bad. 120512
