Bottle. Clear golden beer with a small offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma, toffee, biscuits, brown sugar, metal notes, some vegetables. Sweet toffee and caramel flavor, some alcohol, brown sugar, metal notes. No special Christmas-signs.

mikkellund42 (877) - DENMARK - DEC 4, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear amber with small offwhite head. Aroma is caramel, citrus and soap. Taste is light bitter and light umami. Body is light oily and dry with average carbonation. Finish is short and dry with notes of caramel and some hops. Rather boring with no associations of Christmas (you wonder why it is called a Christmas brew?).

01-DEC-2012, bottle @Gerts julefrokost. Clear golden with lasting off-white head. Sweet, spice, malt, butter, vegetables, faulty. A little hops on top of the malty caramel stuff. Nah!

Bottle, 50 cl. Clear mahogony with a small off white head. Clear orange-red coloured with a small off-white head. Malty aroma of caramel and hay with weak notes of dried fruits. Rather slim body for the ABV and a somehat simple malt-driven palate. Sweet with only a faint hint of hops in the finish.
