Sampled at the Furnace Brook Winery. Pours yellow and fizzy. Smells of tarte dry apples, touches of sourness. Tastes tarte and semi sweet with a nice appley finish. This cider is available in 6 packs at the winery for $9.99 and is a steal, IMO! masonjer (609) - Holt, Michigan, USA - SEP 23, 2008
12 oz bottle, thanks the the_epeeist for giving me the chance. Pours crystal clear with a champagne like color. Aroma is crisp and fresh green apple. Taste is bright, clean, sweet and perfectly ripe tart apples. Like walking through an orchard and eating apples right of the tree. Didn’t get any oak, but it might have helped to bring a perfect balance to this cider. Lots of white wine qualities as well. Chris, I must try the reserve. This stuff is delicious. 12 oz bottle. Clear pale yellow with some brief white froth. Nose is dough and fresh apple; like an unbaked apple pie. Crisp apple nectar that gets a bit syrupy; sticky lips. Restrained apple sweetness with a smooth, oaky tartness. Dry finish with lingering caramel apple and faint yeast. My first non-ice cider and i think it’s a good one. j12601 (12001) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAR 11, 2010
Bottle. Pours a nice clean golden yellow with a medium sized creamy white head while pouring that subsides almost immediately. Really nice creamy apple, almost some of the soft candied apple aromas that show up in ice ciders. Medium bodied, really smooth and velvety but with some nice carbonation. Sweet ripe apple, nice big tart apple notes. Really tasty, with a long lingering tartness. Very pleasantly surprised, and glad I got a six of this. rudolf (2360) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAR 29, 2009
Bottle, thanks RadioMGB! Clear very light gold. Nose is apples, clay, earthy funk. Flavor is slightly tart apples balanced by a good amount of sweetness. Long really apple-ey finish. SOme tannins, but nice! Did I mention apples?

Flavour is of apples, some cinnimon, white grapes, dry.
Sweet and dry mouthfeel, med/light body, mild carb.

Quite nice, highly drinkable. Pretty damn good.
355ml bottle obtained in a trade with TheEpeeist, thanks Chris.
Opened March 2009.
Bottle at Chriso Tasting, London - thanks to Chris. Pours clear yellow with a vague, white film. Sugary apple nose. Big sweet flavor with stewed apples and ripe apples. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, fairly sugary with light spice and more stewed apples. Nice cider, if on the sweet side. Tommynh (119) - - MAR 3, 2015
I little vinegar scent to start, nice golden color, sweet taste with a bit of a bite, no aftertaste, a good local brand and wish it was sold in more locations

Ok. umich03jm (3513) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - AUG 24, 2014
Bottle thanks to TheEpeeist. Clear bright yellow pour with some minor fizzy head. Aroma is super sugary apples. Tastes like overly sweetened apples but it’s still pretty good. A hint of oak and must. Light tartness in the finish. A pretty basic cider that’s enjoyable.
