Bottled. Hint of chocolat in the aroma, also a bit dusty and carbonation smell. Dark brown color, light brown head, very nice lace. Sweet, light roasted, light bitter, hint of chocolat, not very strong flavors except for the sugar, bit thin soft. Made me think of supermarket beer but not a bad one this time.

Botella. Clear deep brown colour. Sweet roasty malty aroma. Good mouthfeel. the flavour has roasty malt and caramel with a bit of chocolate to it. Malty bitter finish.

Swing-top by 04.08.12. Nose is lightly dusty, earthy, with caramel and light chocolate, malt. A very pretty, shady ruby-amber with snail-slow carbonation and rocky tiny-bubbled tan head. Nutty taste, low roast with (slight) milky chocolate, malty but actually relatively dry for a Dunkel. Light body, coating. Relaxing.

craig220 (313) - Crofton, Maryland, USA - FEB 28, 2013
Deep mahogany color with a thick light tan head. Aroma is caramel, bread, dough, and nuts. Taste is caramel, chocolate, cereal, and a quick finish. All of the flavor is very subdued. Not bad but not memorable either.

Boekanier (135) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 27, 2013
Pours a clear brown/reddish beer. The foam unfortunately dissappears quite quickly. The best aspect of this beer is its aroma: a really good malty character. The taste is a bit disappointing and pales to insignificance compared to the aroma. The aftertaste is nice though and contains a sweetish bitterness.

Kita (2305) - Koper, SLOVENIA - SEP 22, 2016
Swing top bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Maurizio. Pours clear brown amber color with medium soapy tan-like head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of mild roasted malt, cereals, caramel, honey and grass. Taste starts with medium sweet roasted malt, caramel and nuts, follows sour grainy and grassy with medium bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Good one...

Bottle
Cloudy red-brown, foamy unstable head. Light fresh roasted aroma. Roasted coffeeish flavor, sweet sirup, herbal hops. Medium to light body, mellow mouthfeel. Roasted slightly ashen aftertaste.

wkalle (263) - SWEDEN - SEP 30, 2009
Pours dark brown with large light beige nicely lacing head. Dark caramel and raisins in aroma. Flavor of caramel but the flavor is much less intense compared to the aroma. Watery body with stingy carbonation in mouthfeel.
