3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This specialty beer pours hazy yellow, but without the customary Weißbier sediment. There is a huge, long-lasting snow white head that leaves good lacing, and a strong fruity aroma along with a touch of alcohol. The initial palate features the citrus and banana fruit flavors of a typical Weißbier along with a bit of its characteristic spiciness. That flavor profile quickly eases into a bright, hop-bittered, and light-bodied Pils finish. Brewer notes indicate this beer is a blend of 53% top fermented Weißbier, and 47% bottom fermented Pilsner. This beer weighs in at 5.1% ABV. (The Pilsner character of this beer becomes more prominent as it comes to room temperature. I preferred the Weißbier character of this beer, but it is an interesting blend.) Good!

O rótulo é bem bacana, passa uma impressão mais tradicional. É uma breja refrescante e equilibrada. Esperava mais desta alemã. Achei bem padrão. Faltou mais sabor. sinfull (1844) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - SEP 15, 2015
Interesting mix of pilsner and hefeweizen, though weizen dominates. Hazy , golden color. Head is not so big as in regular hefeweizen. Classic weizen aroma with some notes of hay. Sweet, yeasty taste with fruity notes. Light body, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle. Lives up to the commercial description quite aptly. This is in interesting blend ... it carries the fruity esther aroma and creamy texture of a weizen, but has a steady mid-current component of a continental pils ... evenly biscuity and tightly hopped. Nice change up. (#5571, 7/5/2014) Beerhunter111 (23256) - Beerland, GERMANY - MAR 23, 2014
