Bottled (from beerangel.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is malts, some yeast as well as mild citrusfruity notes in the background. Flavour is sweet malts, some fruits, mild yeastyness as well as some mild notes of herbs. A pleasant Zwickel.

500ml flip top bottle dark golden clear. Light full head runs away fast. A good solid beer could be more aromatic and stronger . Very drinkable I think it is one of the better Wallersteins.

Quack-Duck (9534) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 12, 2008
bottle. Hazy golden yellow, large white head. Malty nose. Medium-bodied, with a malty body and some rather shy hoppy flavours. Very slightly yeasty with a shy touch of vegetables and s slightly fruity background (lemon). Quite a decent brew.

Swing-top bottle. Barnyard barley malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-amber color with moderate head. Sweet barley malt with moderate grass hops finish. Decent but unable to match the average fresh Zwickelbier.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Like a hefeweizen. Flavor okay, modest malty, a little bit fruity, well balanced finish. Good beer.
