TAP: clear amber pour, no head. Mild sour apple nose, cider taste with malt backing. I really enjoyed this. GodOfThunder (1249) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAR 31, 2009
Thanks to Ricky Bobby’s owner for the taste. Somehow, I remember your dog’s name, but not yours. Pours a light grain color. Aroma is strong grain and sweet apple concentrate. Flavor is more of the same. Strong grain and euro hops with a concentrated apple juice flavor added. Fun beer to try. Thanks! sbroome (149) - Burnsville, Minnesota, USA - MAR 29, 2009
brief mild beer with not a lot of taste. nose of fruit and taste of lingering sweet fruit. good if free. dchmela (3070) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAR 28, 2009
Nice reddish copper pour with no head and little carbonation. Very cider like. Tart apple, cider, and a little spice aroma. Smooth light malt and apple taste, not too much apple, a good balance. Decent. mistersinalin (381) - St. Paul, Minnesota, USA - MAR 21, 2009
Halfway between a cider and a beer, this doesn’t do either much justice. There is a slight spritz with the iny bubbles, but not much else worth noting.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2010 12oz bottle split with Ann. Filtered orange tan color. Pleasant apple juice aroma. Sweet cidery taste, sour. Some sweet maltiness in there but still dominated by apple tartness. Well balanced and non-artificial, quite refreshing. Excellent palate cleanser. The creamy tastes start to shine through as the beer warms. valpoaj (745) - Valparaiso, Indiana, USA - DEC 23, 2008
Pours copper with almost no head to speak of. Aroma is somewhat skunky and a bit yeasty, though there are some apple tones in there as well...a bit confusing! Flavor is somewhat odd and flat up front with some malt and corn flavors, with a dose of sweet apple in the middle, and then some bitter notes at the end...again, very confusing. Somewhat cider-like, somewhat beer-like, this one just doesn*t want to fit any profile. Palate is pretty mundane, though I*m not buying that this is a cream ale (though I know it says so on the bottle)...one is enough on this brew... heemer77 (5358) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - DEC 5, 2008
Thanks for sharing, Mark. A dark gold body with a white head. The aroma has some woody sweet apples along with flowers. The taste has some light apple core and wood. Flowery in the taste. Decent. JohnnyOS (646) - Golden, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 30, 2008
Pours golden clear with off white head. Floral hop and apple aroma with a bit of fresh toast. Taste to match with more apple. Juelze (1146) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 28, 2008
Pours a clear golden color with thin off white head. Aroma is of light floral hops, apple and roasted grains. Taste is much the same with the apple becoming a bit upfront, but never over the top. Finishes pretty easy.
