Cloying aroma, with hints of spice. Taste is sweet: syrup, caramel malts, cloves, orange, banana, apricots, and allspice. Not too thick, not too thin. Alcohol peaks through in the middle but the finish is all sweet. Drinkable indeed. Petrucci914 (910) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 11, 2008
Pours a clean golden color. Aroma is clove, orange zest, and some spiciness. Taste is clove, orange, spice.....with some strange pepperness hitting me upon the first sip. The latter kinda ruins it for me. Maybe I got a dud bottle? jbuzz (830) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 8, 2008
Very good light spice, corriander, clove very smooooooth and light. Easy aroma.
one othe best Belgian Ales i have yet had. afterglow (1047) - Florida, USA - FEB 7, 2008
Bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden with a one finger white head that fades to a ring and leaves some lacing. Aroma of citrus, clove, yeast spice, and a touch of floral hops. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium thin mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness and spicy yeasty finish. Very good. Juelze (1146) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 3, 2008
Pours a hazt straw color with fluffy white head that quickly fades. Aroma is of clove, yeast, belgian spice and with a touch of ginger. Taste is of clove, yeast, ginger and belgian spice. Alcohol is well hidden which makes this pretty damn drinkable!

12 oz bottle from tytoanderso! Nose of cloves, brown sugar, a little corriander, and yeast; very cloudy copper with a huge offwhite head; flavor has light sweetness, cloves, a little pepperiness, caramel, and a tiny bit of hops in the finish. joebrew (608) - Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA - JAN 25, 2008
Nice spicy aroma with a good dose of graham cracker like biscuity malt. There is defintaly a decent amount citrus. A decent amount of depth to this beer, but it is kinda thin and lacking. GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - JAN 19, 2008
12 oz bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was two fingers high and white with good retention. Some lace was left behind at the end. Attractive aroma of clove, orange, and flower blossom. There was also a whiff of graham. Dry and and slightly fruity on the tongue with mild bitterness that peaked toward the end at about 3 out of 10. There was some clove, bland cereal grain, and ginger in the flavor. Smelled better than it tasted, but grew on me as I drank it. heemer77 (5357) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - JAN 11, 2008
Bottle. Deep brass colored body that is clear as possible with that color, topped by a quickly fading light khaki head. The aroma is obvious Belgian yeast inspired with clove, cinnamon and funky banana esters. The taste is lightly spiced with clove and tomatoes. A hint of metal sneaks in the falvor. There is a nice finish that sticks with you, like hay and ginger ale. The body is very light for the abv, this is scary drinkable. Ty5592 (1018) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 29, 2007
Bottle. Hazy orange color with big white head. Aroma of spice, yeast, and light easters. The taste was the samw with malty light metalic finish. Thanks goes to whomever sent me this.
