COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The conception and naming of this beer happened in one fell swoop. Unsure whether to offer a light session beer or a fun ball-buster as our warm weather seasonal, we decided on a beer that would be “a big, fatty boombalatty” version of a Belgian white. And away we went, taking a recipe for a white beer and ramping up the grain bill by 50%; we dropped the amount of wheat by 75% to keep the beer rough around the edges. We bucked tradition by steering the bitterness in the direction of a pale ale, and coupling hops with coriander in the fermenter. The resulting beer gives you all the bubblegum goodness of a big Belgian, with enough crispness to cut through the sweet profile, thus making you want to sip it again and again. Dangerous, indeed!

Sammy (12769) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 2, 2011
Bottle from O’Reilly’s. Orange tinged body with a token head, and a few drops only of lace are later left. Yeast with some fruit and spice aroma. Above average mouthfeel but also aggressively carbonated. Good drinkability, corriander and pepper, and secondary fruit and tanginess. Decent take on the style.

Bottle... Cloudy, light amber ale with a mid-sized, frothy, off-white head. Excellent retention. Mildly spicy nose with gentle clove phenols and sweet crystal or Munich malt. Banana esters and herbal, earthy hops. Sweet, biscuit malt, fruity flavor with earthy, mineral bitterness. Medium-bodied with a skim milk mouthfeel and ultra-fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, spicy/fruity finish. Hey, 1FastSTi, thanks for the brew!

DocLock (11048) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 23, 2010
Bottle from Capone’s. Chill haxzy copper pour with off-white head. Funky yeasty, floral, and hopcitric nose, with rock sugar as well, and a funky flavor, with back up florals, spice, rock sugary malt, and some peppery hops. I like Furthermore’s originality, and this one wasn’t bad, but not great.

12oz bottle, shared by beerpig317. Mostly hazy, golden - orange color. Thin off-white head. Couple dots of lace. Aroma of caramel malt and ripe pineapple. Good, citrus-zesty finish. Lighter belgian candy sugar, but it’s there as well. Good moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Bigger, more full body. Lighter, smooth, kind of crisp carbonation. Satisfying, lightly funky belgian yeast flavor. Good belgian strong.

Bottle to taster (thanks Bunker). Looks solid; a hazy orange with off-white lacing. Smells yeasty and spicy. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Eh.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8142) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 10, 2010
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a large yellow white head that produced some lacing. The aroma was caramel, strong lemon, yeast and pepper. The flavor was tart, and bitter with lemon, pepper and yeastiness mixing. The finish was long, tart lemon. Medium body. Ok.
