UPDATED: JUL 12, 2010 Lightly hazy deep gold with a think white head. Bubblegum, then more bubblegum. Taste is juicy, explosive, punchy, lots of bubblegum, loads of banana, orange peel, clove, yeast, and, at the end, a big kiss of hops to dry it out and finish it off. Great spice, big wheaty esters, and the palate just rocks--full and rich and juicy as hell. Really nice stuff, very drinkable and still good, perfect for a hot day. Of course, I’m having it in mid-September in Minnesota so I won’t have any more hot days, but I’ll just use my imagination. BunnyHops (27) - Newark, Illinois, USA - DEC 11, 2011
This is my new favorite summer beer. We got it at a little bar in Spring Green while passing through. It was very smooth and not too fruity, great banana bubblegum taste. commonmac (1313) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 23, 2014
Bottle purchased and poured into tulip glass. Very little head on a deep orange hued ale. Actually a very attractive beer. Aroma has a lot sugar and fruit to it. Plenty of banana and even a little tropical fruit. Really easy to drink. The sweetness carries throughout tip to finish. An enjoyable beer to drink with a soft, Belgian finish. The type of ale you can drink an absurd amount of at St. Paul summer beer festivals. bsp77 (724) - Minnesota, USA - SEP 6, 2011
Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Chalice.
Appearance: Very cloudy orange with bubbly white head and lacing.
Aroma: Strong banana and bubblegum, with light clove, coriander and wheat. Some alcohol.
Taste: Sweet upfront with a dominant banana and bubblegum flavor. Dries up and turns spicy and hoppy at the end, with pepper, clove, coriander and a nice bitter bite. Despite everything happening at the finish, the banana still lingers.
Palate: Moderately high carbonation, medium body, very dry finish. A little bit warming.
Overall: Very nice complex and refreshing... something. Not a typical Belgian at all, as it resembles a Hefeweizen more than the claimed base Witbier. Regardless, it is delicious, and perfect when a stronger Summer seasonal is desired. BeerKurve (520) - - APR 2, 2012
Dark Orange/Amber color with a cloudy appearance. The flavor is a mixture of sweet yeasts, floral hops, hefe-cloves, bananas, bubblegum, toffee, malts and barley. The body is a bit heavier, the carbonation is balanced quite well and it feels very crisp when drinking. It’s a pretty good Belgian Style ale, not the best I’ve had but it’s definitely up there!

Very nice brew. Not sure if it qualifies as a Belgian ale but it is a great beer in its own right. I would have liked a bit more citus taste ala bells two-Hearted but it is still a great effort in the quest towards the perfect beer. drdisque (877) - Illinois, USA - MAY 11, 2013
On tap at Bangers and lace. Sweet wheat aroma. Pours cloudy orange. Flsvor is creamy slightly bitter orange. Light bitter finish. Good interesting wheat brew. starewich (170) - - JAN 11, 2015
Light brown, slightly hazy. Extremely smooth, extremely sticky. Just plain good. No alcohol taste. One of the best Wisconsin beers. nearbeer (5559) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 28, 2008
Big thanks to General Gao for this 12 oz. Opaque peachy-brown with a three-finger creamy head that lasts all day. Aromas of orange, banana, spicy yeast, honey and resin. Flavors of spicy tropical fruit, wheat, bubblegum and orange peel, with an overall dryness provided by plenty of citrus-resin hop tastes. Light-medium body is soft and dry. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 1, 2008
Bottle from strykzone. wow this one surprised me...in a very good way. A nice cloudy apricot color with a small head. Aroma is candy, gum, banana, yeast and candy sugar. Flavor is pure bubblegum with some yeast and banana. I really did like this beer. Thanks dave.
