COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The conception and naming of this beer happened in one fell swoop. Unsure whether to offer a light session beer or a fun ball-buster as our warm weather seasonal, we decided on a beer that would be a big, fatty boombalatty version of a Belgian white. And away we went, taking a recipe for a white beer and ramping up the grain bill by 50%; we dropped the amount of wheat by 75% to keep the beer rough around the edges. We bucked tradition by steering the bitterness in the direction of a pale ale, and coupling hops with coriander in the fermenter. The resulting beer gives you all the bubblegum goodness of a big Belgian, with enough crispness to cut through the sweet profile, thus making you want to sip it again and again. Dangerous, indeed!

Cloudy deep golden pour sticky lacing fluffy white head ... aroma of lemon and orange light banana and sugary smells like a cross of lemon pledge and the stuff they spray shoes with at the bowling alley .... tastes very sweet citrusy lemon and orange with a light wheat coriander in there.... not really a brew id go for again but at least the abv is hidden well

Enjoyed on tap at Franks Power Plant in Milwaukee, WI, where my band played at. Appearance a rather cloudy orange haze with a very thin white head. Aroma of banana, clove, and yeast...like a Belgian/weiss. Taste slightly smooth, definite hints of clove, banana and bubble gum. Just average in my opinion, maybe a little heavier than others.

Bottle. A gift from CMUBEERMAN. Andrew, you totally rock! Pours clear orange gold. Aroma is musty, tangy, hoppy, spicy (coriander, clove). Flavor is similar. On the spicy side and reminds me of hefeweizen. A bit too spicy to be "dangerously drinkable" though.

Extra sent through trade via beastiefan2k. Shared at the Pizza Port Bottle Shop. Pours hazy dark orange with a rocky white head. Fruity banana, light clove and orange citrus in the aroma. Some apricot, bubblegum and coriander, but mostly more banana, lemon and orange character to the flavor. Medium carbonation. Finishes a bit harsh with lasting tones of wheat. Not bad.

Bottle thanks to bullzeye. The smell is creamy, hops, marshmellow, sweet, florals, fruits, and hops. The look is clear, golden in color, with a smaller white head. The taste is malts, yeast, spices, fruits. Sport of off.

[Bottle] Pours a hazy dark golden color with about a appropriate sized white head. Aroma of yeast, bubblegum, spice and sweet biscuits. Taste is of clove, wheat malt, citrus zest and moderate hopping. The alcohol is somewhat noticeable, especially in the finish. Quite sweet overall, except for bitterness in the finish. Decent body, but a little out of balance. Not as good as I had hoped.

FROTHINGSLOSH (7162) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 10, 2010
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a large yellow white head that produced some lacing. The aroma was caramel, strong lemon, yeast and pepper. The flavor was tart, and bitter with lemon, pepper and yeastiness mixing. The finish was long, tart lemon. Medium body. Ok.

Bottle from Capones. Chill haxzy copper pour with off-white head. Funky yeasty, floral, and hopcitric nose, with rock sugar as well, and a funky flavor, with back up florals, spice, rock sugary malt, and some peppery hops. I like Furthermores originality, and this one wasnt bad, but not great.

This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.
