COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The conception and naming of this beer happened in one fell swoop. Unsure whether to offer a light session beer or a fun ball-buster as our warm weather seasonal, we decided on a beer that would be “a big, fatty boombalatty” version of a Belgian white. And away we went, taking a recipe for a white beer and ramping up the grain bill by 50%; we dropped the amount of wheat by 75% to keep the beer rough around the edges. We bucked tradition by steering the bitterness in the direction of a pale ale, and coupling hops with coriander in the fermenter. The resulting beer gives you all the bubblegum goodness of a big Belgian, with enough crispness to cut through the sweet profile, thus making you want to sip it again and again. Dangerous, indeed!

Draft at Muddy Pig. Pours an amber clear with white head that is mostly white lacing in the end. Aroma is akin to bubblegum/corn syrup. Flavor is much the same of a caramel bubblegum. Malts are present but it is the sugar and sweetness that is most pronounced. Body is light -- medium with fair carbonation. A good/interesting wit.

Pours with a fizzy white head and a hazy golden body. Aroma is floral and spiced with clove, coriander, citrus, kumquat, and apricot. Taste is celery, apricot, watercress and pepper. Light bubbles.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour with a medium size head and some visible sediment. Aroma of wheat, belgian yeast, coriander. Semi-sweet flavor, belgian yeast, spice, orange peel, earthy hops and alcohol. Just too dry for my taste.

Pours a cloudy orange w/ lots of floating sediment. Banana-citrus aroma. Big malt taste....notes of corriander, clove, citrus, wheat. Long, malty finish. Big malty belgian and good representation of the style. Medium-heavy body. This is a good one.

Cloudy deep golden pour sticky lacing fluffy white head ... aroma of lemon and orange light banana and sugary smells like a cross of lemon pledge and the stuff they spray shoes with at the bowling alley .... tastes very sweet citrusy lemon and orange with a light wheat coriander in there.... not really a brew i’d go for again but at least the abv is hidden well

Enjoyed on tap at Frank’s Power Plant in Milwaukee, WI, where my band played at. Appearance a rather cloudy orange haze with a very thin white head. Aroma of banana, clove, and yeast...like a Belgian/weiss. Taste slightly smooth, definite hints of clove, banana and bubble gum. Just average in my opinion, maybe a little heavier than others.
