Bottle at home, as 48 Miles later. Pours black, dry roast malts, almost salty, juicy fruits, earthy, light smoke, soft chili burn. Beese (3210) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 30, 2013
Draft at BrewDog Camden on 19 October. Poured a opaque black with a thin black head. Aroma of smoked malt, coffee and dried fruit. Citrus hop flavour with peat and cured meat. Finishes with burnt malts, caramel and smoked wood chips and a little spicy edge. Black IPA, smoked chilli; there is no part of this I don’t like and this worked very well. Joint favourite of the collaboration festival with the Cromarty Black Rocker. Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 22, 2014
Bottle shared by Menno, thanks! Quite some coffee and roasted malts in the aroma. Somewhat spicy flavor, but the chilies are hardly there. Peppery and dry. Nice. Abijen (2571) - ’s-Hertogenbosch, NETHERLANDS - SEP 30, 2013
Pours a dark brown beer with a good white head.
Smells fruity and smoked.
Tastes the same with a nice bitter finish.
Dry texture, thin body and an average carbo. Leighton (22324) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2014
Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch. Pours black-brown with a foamy, off-white head. Nice smoke and cocoa character in here. Great balance, mild earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lasting cocoa and burnt wood in the finish. Good stuff.

Keg at Brewdog shoreditch. Aroma is Roasty berry and hint of smoke. Opaque black with a thin light tan head that fades. Flavour is slight medicinal phenol, wood and smoke. In the finish there is classic american c-hop. I like this. It is an interesting take on the black IPA. Fin (10917) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 29, 2013

Tap @ Borefts ’13. Brown colour with no head. Smells hops, chocolate, sweet, and roasty. Pretty nice smell. Tastes smoked, hops, roasty. No carbo (which I disliked) and thin body. androman (2806) - Maarssen, NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2013
On tap at Borefts 2013. Strong bitter black, ordinary dark ale. Slight chilli feels from burp only.:)
