Tmoney99 (14479) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - APR 2, 2014
Bottle shared by Dave. Poured hazy yellow color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate floral hop and malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium herbal sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew.

Cask Pint in The Rake, Borough, London in July 2012 - Yellow Golden in colour. Very Fruity; tangy citrus lemon and orange. Hoppy; resinous and grassy hops. Malty; biscuity malts, caramel. Good fruit/hop/malt balance. Fruity citrus hoppy throughout leading to a long dry citrus bitter finish. Liked this a lot. Nice Golden Ale!

gianthogweed (55) - Cracow, POLAND - MAR 14, 2014
Nice, but a bit of disappointment. A good session beer, with a quite good aroma, nicely refreshing but.. the body is very thin, and I thought the aroma is going to be exceptional, while it’s just ok. Also the bitterness is at ok level, but it would help it a lot had it been twice as much bitter. I had pleasure in drinking this beer, but it sure could have been better. After a while I noticed that I did not pour the whole bottle into my glass, so I did it and tasted the beer which was actually about 18C warm - and I think the beer benefitted from this temperature, as it gave a little bit more taste and even bitterness.

Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - FEB 25, 2014
Bottle at home. Hazy golden pour, thin white head. Aroma of fresh citrus, some pine, crispy British hops, lemon peel, quite fruity and clean, very light. Flavor is fruity, quite bitter, sharp and tasty hops. Thin body, but very well drinkable.

MiSiU (22) - Bosutow, POLAND - FEB 22, 2014
Clear bright pale beer. Small head that quickly reduces to tiny layer staying till the end and marking the glass. Fruity, hoppy aroma (tropical fruit like). Very light and refreshing beer with adequate bitternes to make it a great refreshing drink.

caesar (7133) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JAN 28, 2014
Bottled, BB Jan 2015, large sample. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, medium frothy slight off-white head. Aroma of soft flowery and citrussy hop, some biscuity malt, hint of pine. Medium bitter in taste. Has that typical minerally UK feel to it as well. Nice tasty stuff.

Christos (5765) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JAN 7, 2014
500 ml bottle into a Guinness pint, ABV 4.4% Bright golden yellow colour on the body, mostly clear, with a thin snow white head on top, thin but with very good retention, leaving light lacing on the glass as it collapses. Aroma is very citrusy with lime leaves, lemon zest, hops. Taste also very citrusy and refreshing, lemon peel, lime leaves, a bit of wheat and its sweetness to balance it, light fruity and quite bitter with a very long duration. Medium thin body, good carbonation and very dry on the palate. Overall a great beer, perhaps the best golden ale I’ve had till now.

pictoman (1127) - British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 6, 2014
Poured from 500mL bottle. Clear, pale yellow with white head. Aroma has some floral, malty, honey notes, kinda mild. Taste is a bit grainy/corny with floral and mild fruit (not exactly citrusy, but similar) profile and some mild hops at the end. Light-medium body, mildly dry finish. Nothing really stands out, average all around.

MannyGoldberg (205) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - DEC 22, 2013
Keg version in the clubhouse at Gleneagles Hotel- 22nd Dec 2013. Pale yellow with lightly retaining head, minimal lacing. Light citrus notes on the nose, some tangerine. Flavour wise the sharpness of the Cascade rides over the Amarillo. Some delayed orange/lemon. Benefits from the carbonation vs. the cask version I've had previously. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah @ weekly tasting. Clear yellow color, small white head. Nice aroma of hops, lightly malts, a bit floral, lightly blossom. Taste lightly malts, lightly tropical fruits, hops, fresh, lightly peach, nicely bitter. Very nice beer, absolutely lovely!
