From cask at the 26th East Anglian Beer & Cider festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours light gold with a small white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lime, grass and straw. Medium sweetness, and medium citrus bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish is dry and citrus fruit.

Bottle from Morrisons. Pours clear copper gold with a white frothy head. Aromas are gentle with orangeade, light lemony hops and melted butter. Flavours as nose with a gentle syrupy malt finishing with a nudge of bitter grapefruit. The moderate carbonation produces an incredibly refreshing light session ale.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Chyba najlepsze klasyczne golden ale jakie piłem.

Cask Pint at The Grape & Grain, Crystal Palace, London in Mar 2011 - Very Pale Yellowy Gold in colour. Very Fruity; mega-citrus grapefruit and lemon; tangy, zesty. Very Hoppy; grassy hops. Malty backbone. Very full flavoured for low ABV. Quite bitter citrus fruity hoppy and fairly dry throughout. Liked this a lot. Lovely Beer!

Keg from Loch Fyne hotel in Inveraray, Scotland. Citrus on the nose, like a lager in appearance. Tastes very light and refreshing and you go get the citrus. So easy to drink. Perfect for a session.

@cask.
