A quintessential golden ale brewed for refreshing easy drinking. Our soft Highland water allows the full floral flavour of the hops to come through the beer.

LazyPyro (1210) - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 31, 2016
500ml bottle. Pours clear golden with a smooth white head, good retention. Aroma: some mild citrussy hops and grainy malt. Taste: pretty much as the aroma, citrussy floral hops, pleasant malty base. Medium body and carbonation, nice mouthfeel. An average beer.

500ml bottle @Les Vignerons (Rome). Pours golden with a medium white head. Aroma of fruits, apple, floral notes, malt. Flavour is a bit unbalanced, medium malt profile with a little bitter end. Medium body, light carbonation. No.

Floral hops, grass, light hay, some citrus fruits, light grain malts. Clear gold, small, frothy, white head. Light bitter. Same of aroma, lightly floral, grass, grain malts, soft carbonation. OK Golden Ale, yet nothing too spectacular. Cask at Craft Beer Co, Islington.

niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 15, 2015
Cask at Hop Inn, Newcastle under Lyme. Pours pale golden with white head. Quite a citrus bitter gold, pleasat enough. There’s oodles of beers like this.

Towey1989 (2827) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 28, 2015
Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of cereal malt, slight butterscotch, some orange and floral hops. Taste of cereal malt, slight butterscotch, a little honey, subtle orange and floral hops. Light bodied and a slightly oily texture. A dry, floral hop bitterness in the finish. Tastes better than it smells but it’s quite mismatched. Below average.
