Craft Holborn. Cask. Bright clear pale gold beer, good white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Unwelcome sulphury skunky streak here. Light pale malts, light floralness. Mild citric hop on the backend. Finishes floral and mildly crisp. A decent beer hamstrung by big off notes.
Aroma: some sweet malts, citrus and lemon hops. Appearance: clear gold with medium frothy white head. Taste: light sweet and bitter. Palate: bitterness getting more pronounced towards the long dry finish. Overall: pretty nice Golden Ale - lots of flavour despite the low ABV. Pint at the Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell, London. Pours golden and clear. Citrus and grass on the nose with a bitter hoppy finish with lemon, lime, general citrus fruits a hint of pepper you name it, it’s got it, v.nice

[10/3/13] Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell in London. Clear golden. Aroma of grains and a bit of citric hops. Flavor has a bit of graininess, some citric hops and moderate bitterness. Light-bodied. Quite easy-drinking. Beersiveknown (5302) - NORTHERN IRELAND - SEP 14, 2013
Golden with light white head. Very sulphurous on nose...overburtonised I call it but perhaps a fermentation fault...almost stomache turning rotting eggs. Tastes pretty good at first, light tropical fruits well balanced but a whiff of egg at the finish. The only real disappointment of the festival and hopefully a one off fault from the usually unfaultable brewers maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - SEP 10, 2013
Cask conditioned handpump Southampton Arms London 06/09/13. A light golden coloured beer with a whitish head. Citrus and grassy notes. Soapy flavours too. Nice enough hoppiness but it’s a bit safe for Fyne. Sessionable. Bit of shampoo, OK. allmyvinyl (11029) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 4, 2013
Cask at Thomson’s. Pours pale yellow with good white head. Lemon citrus aromas, and hay. Creamy texture, decent bitterness. Perhaps a touch thin, but a very refreshing pint. HogTownHarry (7066) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - AUG 30, 2013
August 30, 2013 - hand-pull cask at Southampton Arms. Clear gold, small drool of mottled white head. Aroma and taste are lovely light grain and strong grassy pungent bitterness. Average body, solid cask carbonation, quite a long grassy bitter finish and linger. Well made.
