Third of a cask pint at the Scottish Real Ale Festival in Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange on 7th July 2017. Lovely beer, almost black in colour, ruby tinge; good solid head. Cask Half Pint at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell, London in Dec 2011 - Jet Black in colour. Very Malty; roasty/burnt malts, coffee, toffee, hint of chocolate. Fruity; some dark fruits. Hoppy; earthy hops. Sweet bitter roast malty throughout. Liked this. Very drinkable. (2011-12-01)
