Silky smooth and creamy. Salt and liquorice from the malt. Not particularly exciting but s olid oyster stout. jjsint (3329) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - APR 12, 2014
Cask @ Rushden Historical Transport Society. Impenetrable black witha beige head. Beech smoke and seawater dominate the aroma. The taste is nothing short of incredible: sweet/salty with a meaty umami finish and aftertaste. Full creamy palette. This is a perfect oyster stout, the stuff that dreams are made of.
