18/03/2013 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca discretamente abbondante, cremosa, abbastanza persistente. Al naso molto sgradevole, sentori metallici e di fogna, vaghe note citriche molto deboli. In bocca è spenta, luppolo non pervenuto, diacetile, decisamente non a posto. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Epic fail.

Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing to lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, soapy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120503]

Label says APA, but taste says IPA. Bitter tipical of an IPA, there’s no the classical resin flavor and taste trademark for the APAs, and the closing is a little bit more malt sweet. Anyway, great beer and very very easy to drink, lovely!

[email protected] Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and a bit soapy. Flavour is quite similar with quite much bitterness. Long fruity and floral aftertaste.

BeerViking (5048) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 20, 2012
Cask at the Grove, deep gold with a big lasting fluffy cream head, big hoppy nose, superb balance of fruity malt and crisp grass and citrus, and a grapefruit and malt bitter finish. Superb.

Cask handpull at Foundry Brewpub. clear gold thin lasting white head. Oh yes some diacetyl but then a shed load of hops. Butter diacetyl aroma. However if you dig a little deeper then the real beer comes through. Depth of the beer is excellent with good hoppiness and big bitterness. Classic eddie well put together pale malts. Just needs to lose the diacetyl
