2017-09-01. Crisp dark yellow body, small white head. Aroma has mild pleasant fruity citrus, lightly alcoholic. Flavour is pleasantly bitter throughout, nice citrus character. 7+ Average bodied palate, good carbonation. 3+ Pretty decent. 7/3+/7/3/16+ Bottle from March Jovi/Omni, Gatineau.

Bouteille.

500ml bottle from Marché Village. Aroma: citrus mixed with a big malt background of bread and caramel. Not unpleasant though I prefer my iipa more fruity. App: hazy copper, medium thick off white head evenly spread and good lacing. Awesome look. Taste and palate: medium body, medium sweetness, smooth, clean but long bitter finish. Overall: not bad. As stated above, I’m more of a hoppy head thus prefer my iipa less balanced and more fruity. All that being said, this is still enjoyable. Maybe should have drank it before my HF though. Wrong order.

Bottle: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge floral hops notes with nice citrus and juicy notes. Taste is a great mix of floral citrusy notes with some juicy herbal notes and some piney notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Really enjoyable IPA with loads of floral flavours and limited amount of bitterness.

Dégustée au Festibière de Chambly. Arômes de conifères et de fruits tropicaux avec une légère présence de caramel. Saveurs semblables aux nez avec une présence d’agrumes. Corps moyen-mince. Facile à boire malgré ses 8%. Excellent!

Pours a hazy copper with a big frothy white top. Aroma is intense pine and grapefruit hops with light caramel malt. Taste is intense pine and grapefruit hop bitterness and resinous hop and caramel malt. Hops seems to fight for your tongue, but overall extremely enjoyable.

pushkinwow (2909) - Ottawa, CANADA - AUG 5, 2014
On tap at the brewpub. Clear amber with a creamy cream head. Resin forward and slightly astringent hop aroma, fresh caramel malt, some citrus and booze. Moderate body and carbonation, bitter, bit if a bite, boozy and resiny with some citrus on the finish. Enjoyable but things all seen to be fighting a bit to be dominant rather then blending together.
