[email protected] XI. Golden colour, creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, nectary, yeasty and some mild wheat and toffee to it. Rather tasty Tripel.

33cl bottle @PBF XI. Poured golden color, almost no head. Raisins, dried fruits , malts in aroma. Flavor has sweetness, dark sweet fruits, spicy yeastyness. Light boozy finish, but mostly warming. Thumbs up!

330 bottle poured into wine glass at room temperature, Jerusalem. Appearance is hazy orange / red oak with half a finger of head that dissipates quickly and leaves no lacing. Characteristic Tripel aroma with notes of mango, peach, nectarine, blueberry, candy. Taste is super sweet, gum- and candy-like, prickly-pear, pancake syrup. Body is medium, texture is sticky, carbonation is mild. If in the mood for a sweet beer, this is one I’d recommend.

Bottle sample. Thanks rayaron. Hazy orange with a big bubbly head, poor retention. Aroma of fruity esters, overripe fruit, spices and yeast. Sweet, fruity, oxidized flavors, some bitterness and spices, overall not balanced and too many off-flavors. Medium-bodied, syrupy, hard to drink.

rayaron (1997) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - APR 17, 2015
Bottle sample. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Sweetish aroma with notes of apple and candy, yeasty with hint of caramel. Very sweet flavor, quite boozy, yeasty with notes of herbs, somewhat acidic. Very carbonated, medium-bodied. Not so fresh and quite hard to drink.

beerandbeyond (1009) - ISRAEL - JAN 19, 2013
Bottle sample at the brewery. Clear copper color with a minimal head. Perfumy nose, with ripe fruit (peach, banana) and some vanilla. Fruity flavors of sweet oranges, low bitterness and caramel maltiness. Not dry and somewhat far from being true to style.

tomer (3751) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - OCT 6, 2012
Bottle, smallish creamy head, very hazy dark orange colour, aroma of bread with flowers, mustard earthy and cidery notes, overall quite funky, flavour of caramel, nuts and peach, quite sweet but with a pleasant fruity sourness balancing, long fruity honey aftertaste. A bit too sweet but still a very good tripel.
