Wow! This was one of my favourite beers of all time. Dark sweet milk chocolate. Lots of flavour. This was absolutely incredible. Would love to be able to have this on a more regular basis. navarromd (2) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 30, 2013 does not count
Beautiful design, chocolate color, deep coffee aroma, Good foam, perfect body and chocolate, smoked taste, yet light enough to drink. Amazing beer! Erzengel (8763) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - APR 25, 2014

The beer starts smooth and creamy. Roasted chocolate in the mainpart, slightly toffee-sweet. The aftertaste is smooth, chocolate with hints of espresso, nicely smooth roasted. In the last end there is a nice bitterness, that harmonises ideal with the rest of the roasted chocolate-flavour.
Very nice Sweet Stout! --> 13/13/14/14
The beer has a perfect stout appearance. The color is black to the eye and ruby red in the light. The beer is so dark, that I can’t tell wether it is clear or cloudy. The beer pours a nice layer of soft foam, with the color of roasted almonds. The smell of the beer is mild. There is a little aroma of chocolate and roasted barley. There could be more roast and smoke. It is a little mild now. It misses some depth. The however compensates for the mild smell. There is a rich chocolate flavor, and lovely touches of roasted barley, coffee and some oakwood and smoke. The rich toasty bitterness with the sweet chocolate is make a lovely combination. The palate is nice. Milky and soft. A little more creaminess would have been nice. Beers like this make me remember how much I love stout. I wish more Dutch brewers would make beers like this. Beautiful. thelynchfella (199) - Dublin, IRELAND - JAN 9, 2015
Poured jet black with light brown head. Aroma is of chocolate mostly. Quite alot of flavour in this. Chocolate, brown sugar, mocha. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Lovely beer

Served from a bottle. Black color; head dissipates quickly; A slight woody hop aroma that blends in with the chocolate and coffee from the malt. It has a balanced towards delicate mouthfeel with a slightly sour finish. MrBishop (78) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2016

On tap @Salt House in Galway, pours black with a thin off-white creamy head. Nice aroma of chocolate, roasted coffee, and malts. Great taste that is sweet, malty, creamy, slight caramel, with a smooth finish. Full body and light carbonation. garthicus (2929) - Dublin, IRELAND - JAN 26, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 25, 2013 On tap at Oslo. Appearance: pitch black, tan head. Aroma: lots of rich milk chocolate, coffee, a little leather and toast. Flavour: Lovely milk chocolate, quite roasty, nice milky mouthfeel with a decent leather, wood and coffee finish. Their best beer by far. Bren_Beer (19) - Dublin, IRELAND - AUG 12, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 25, 2013 Tap @ Brew Dock. Chocolate and coffee - two of the greatest things on earth join forces in this super stout. I hear they will soon be bottling it too, which is great news too. Highly recommended! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
Edit 25/8/13 now available in 500ml bottles. 4.5% abv. Same great taste. Carbonation a little on the flat side.
