COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting new style of beer that we call Irish Pale Ale. This delicious beer is pale in colour, has a full well balanced hop flavour and aroma, a good foamy head, a carbonation level similar to standard lagers. Now you can, of course, make it as complicated as you like by adding various chemicals and preservatives to the beer so that it ferments and matures faster, has a longer shelf life and is cheaper to produce. However, as a small independent craft brewery, we believe in using traditional techniques and think that only the four basic ingredients of beer should be used to produce this wonderful, thirst quenching, magic potion. All we want to do is produce a pure and natural beer for the Galway market. Nothing more.

Pint in Cassidys, Dublin:
Sweet & creamy, pale malt & hops with some earthy bitterness come through, citrus & caramel too. The hops werent as strong as Id have liked but it wasnt a weak beer at least.
Light amber, bright & clear with a 0.5cm foamy white head that leaves minor lacing on the sides.
Sweet with some hops but again theyre not the strongest, some grassy flavours & citrus backed them up a little. Nice pale malts and caramel come through with a light bitterness & background fruits at the end.
Smooth with hints of bitterness, medium carbonation & some sweetness. An easy one to drink & the finish was a dry one.

Not bad at all, I was hoping it would have been a more hop-filled affair with some nice American style hops coming through but sadly it wasnt to be but it was still a nice one with the caramel keeping things interesting. Its not a stand out offering though.

4.3%, 500 ml bottle. Pours orangey yellow with limited white head, although it is clear which is odd for a pale ale. Balanced with citrus fruit tones and mild citrus aroma. Malt and hops are dominant flavours. A tasty Irish pale ale, will definitely have it again

from Mondial de la Bire 2013, Mulhouse - clear amber-orange beer under a solid creamybeige foam; pretty aromatic hoppiness with light fruity (pear dominates) and spicy notes; hints of caramel underneath; creamy palate, moderate malt backbone; some sweetness and a late gentle earthy tartness; more fruity and spicy hoppy tones in the finish - charming

On tap in dublin. 4.3%. The beer starts smooth, floral, caramel. The mainpart is smooth, slightly floral. Caramel-malty, nice Ale-character. Very smooth-floral, together with the fruitiness, the floral hops harmonise ideal. The aftertaste is floral, malty-smooth, only slightly bitter. Ale-typical dry.
Great Pale Ale! 11/12/11/11

Bottle. Pours clear light amber with airy off-white. Clear, sweet aroma of malt can caramel, with fruity notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of raw malt and yeast. Bitter and sourish finish. Bitter aftertaste of lemon rind and metal. Unbalanced. Not my favourite beer, but, honestly, I am not a great fan of Irish Pale Ale.

Bottle, 4.3%. Slightly buttery and spicy aroma. Hazy greyish golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is OK citric hoppy and a little spicy. But there is still a bit of unclean butter or something. OK drinkable, but not that good.

Bottle. A nice fruity aroma of grapefruit. The head is small, white and milky with a long duration. The body is light cloudy and yellow-orange. The taste is light bitter and fruity with some malt in the background. The body is dry, rather light with a soft carbonation
