TAP at Bierbrasserie Cambrinus in Bruges, shared with Mathieu87. APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, nice stable white head. NOSE: grains, lemon. TASTE: not so good in total... lacks a lot of body... Maybe a little too long on tap?

3.3
savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Draft @ Bierbrasserie Cambrinus. Deep blonde with a white head. Aroma is fruity, malt and earthy herbal hops. Flavor is honey malt and spice with some alcohol warming. Medium to light body. Not as crisp and drinkable as some of the better Belgian Blonde out there.

Test vom 27.6.2011, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 12,13,12,12,-,12 - 12,15

23/IX/2012 - on tap as Cambrivinus Blond @ Cambrinus (Brugge) - BB: n/a (2012-1072)

Clear dark orange beer, huge creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty yeasty, little fruity, sugary, some spices. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet fruity start, apples, pretty spicy, some cloves, candi sugar, little bitter. Aftertaste: orange peel, bit of cloves, distinctive yeasty character.

Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are sour, yeasty, and a touch of sweetness at the finish.

piscator34 (2515) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - MAY 18, 2010
On draft at Cambrinus. Dark gold in colour with strong carbonation. Quite spicy on the nose, with elements of sandalwood, spicy yeast, and sugary malts. More exotic spice flavors in the mouth, along with cereal grains, a bit of malted wheat, banana, and booze. Moderate body. Above average overall.
