[email protected], Bruges. Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toffeeish and mild wooden notes. Flavour is rather similar. Balanced, but as such nothing special. Still a good stronger Session beer, which is easy to drink.

Draft. Hazy golden yellow color, creamy yellow head. Aroma of peach and banana. Taste has spiced banana, citrus. OK.

On tap at Cafe Cambrinus Brugge. Clear gold colour lasting white head. A little soap and then decent tangerine fruit. Light bitterness. A little sweet. Lacked some carbonation. Soft blond. Ok.

MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 22, 2008
Draught at Cambrinus in Brugge. Sweet clove and coriander aroma. Hazy golden colour. Nice, big stable white head. Quite flavourful for a blond, a bit sweet with some coriander.

Tap at Cambrinus. Brassy gold color with a fine white head. Aroma of a light tripel - kandi, malt and hop. Near medium body. Smooth carbonation. Subtle interplay of light malt and floral hop. Alcohol slightly noticeable. Finishes dry with bitter at the rear sides of the tongue. Could be high alcohol - not sure. (but now I see it’s 7%).

thewolf (12746) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAR 14, 2009
Tap @ Bierbrasserie Cambrinus, Brügge.
Pours clear golden with a medium, frothy, white head. Great lacing and lots of bubbles in the liquid. Aroma has apples, sweet biscuits and yeast. High carbonation, great mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit dry, good pineapple and oranges take over. Leaves some room for yeast, a buttery touch and light tartness. More like a tripel in taste than a blond.

Tap at Cambrinus. Strong wheat malt aroma with light astringency. Pale yellow-orange color with small head. Dry wheat malt, peach, and alcohol aroma. Very nice - like being in a wheat field in the summer.

3.2
JorisPPattyn (10062) - BELGIUM - SEP 16, 2007
Draught, served way too cold Pale gold; good off-white head, leaving lace. Perfumey, even spicy, white candi sugar, faint leafy & grassy. Sweetish, alcoholic punch, ending clear ethanol-like, just a bit nutty/arachide. Obviously highly attenuated, slightly burning MF. I’ve been assured it’s original. It’s nontheless typical VS.
